What if I want to return my Indigo Pony jewelry?

We want you to know that we create each and every one of our pieces with care, love, and good music playing in our studio 🙂. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days by email at sup@indigo-pony.com

All returns must be in original condition unless there is a defect. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase after 7 days we'd be bummed and sad to hear that. However, we would be happy to exchange your item for a different one of equal value. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs. 

How long will it take for my item to ship?

We ship our items within 3-5 business days (most times sooner!) from when you have placed your order using USPS Priority Mail Shipping. Because all of our jewelry is hand made, we ask in advance for your patience as we create your item with love. If you have rush delivery needs, please contact us at sup@indigo-pony.com so we can accommodate your request.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Our jewelry is made from many raw metals, materials, and vintage findings. When left raw, the metals have the tendency to naturally patina and age over time. This is our favorite part about brass because it gives it so much more personality. If you would like to maintain the shininess of your brass piece, then try to keep it away from water, jewelry cleaners, silver cleaners, treated polishing cloths, perfumes, hairspray, lotions, hand-sanitizers and make-up. Any of these items can damage the protective lacquer and cause tarnishing to occur. If you have a sterling silver piece, we would recommend giving it a quick plush with a polishing cloth.
